Many people shop at Lidl, with the supermarket recently sharing its plans to launch several new stores. However, one man was recently taken aback when he made a “sad” discovery inside the supermarket’s bins.

It’s always reassuring to see fully stocked shelves when you’re shopping, but occasionally it seems there can be an excess of food. From time to time, when there’s abundant stock, products can pass their sell-by date if they remain unsold, and people have recently uncovered that these items can occasionally end up in an unexpected place, which has caught some off guard.
