50 Public Transport Habits That Drive Everyone Crazy
Public transport is the solution to move for its inexpensive price, environmental benefits and to rush-hour congestion avoidance. But other passengers who don’t realize they’re in a walled-off public area can take the fun right out of the ride. From loud phone calls to videos playing out loud without headphones to coughing to pushing past to get on, to anything and everything in between, it is all just stress.
Such complaints include people speaking on the phone loudly. Whether it’s a lively or serious discussion, they frequently do not understand how irritating it is to the other individuals around them. Just like how playing videos or music using speakers without headphones will disrupt anyone around the person. Entertaining for one can become a headache for another.
Another question is personal space. In crowded buses or trains, do not forget to give people space. As we have some passengers hogging space or pushing their way into securing a seat causing the journey to be miserable. We cough or sneeze, but we do not cover up, which has a bad effect on people led by the virus, like diseases as a whole are so contagious, and we are people, those are germs, and post pandemic these are factors contributing to worry.
Taking the bus is a lesson in patience. We have seen photos of passengers on the loose, and some folks could use a refresher on simple civility. Have a read through these terrible commuter behaviours — evidence that basic respect is not as ubiquitous as it should be.
Cheap, eco-friendly travel can become a stress-filled nightmare when thoughtless passengers ignore basic decency.

Commuting is one of the most inconvenient and annoying parts of the workday but if we all show a little consideration, we can make that easier. It’s the best way for all of us to move through life, being mindful of others is what makes the journey smoother and promotes an environment of respect.
